Oh yes - they're are loads of us!!!!

I used to be about the only person on the board who like this hotel best (though I haven't stayed at the DLH yet ). But now they're seem to be a few more HNY supporters around. I think the decor can seem off putting to some people - it certainly didn't appeal to us originally!!

The rooms and bathrooms are larger than those at Sequoia Lodge and Newport Bay - and they are a similar size and layout to the ones at the DLH.

The Parkside Diner was great when we were there - with "Diner" type food. But I've been hearing some reports that it now serves a rather unappetising buffet - so I hope that isn't permanent. The Manhattan restaurant is supposed to be very good, though pricey.

It doesn't have the fabulous location of the DLH, but it's a stones throw from the end of the Disney Village. So it's still pretty handy for the parks, and very central for the Village restaurants, plus the ones at the other hotels.

I Love the HNY. I like how the themeing is more subtle and I do like the decor. Also we never had any problems with queuing for breakfast and allocated spots like I have read on some trip reports. The location is very good right next to the Disney Village, and it is an easy walk to the parks so no need to go on the buses if you don't mind a 5 min walk. Also you get three complimentary fast passes which are a nice touch.
They are a few negatives that I have though. The rooms are very nice however, I don't think they have the wow factor that the price suggests. However I think this is true with most the hotels on the resort.
While the bar is a very nice place for a drink it is very smokey.
