hotel mart usa??

Has anyone used Hotel Mart USA? Have you had any problems with changing dates or cancelling? How far ahead should I book? Any information would be helpful.

i used Hotelmart and had no problem, you can read all cancellation policy at website.

i called Conf St Maing East before book and they said that Hotelmart was a honest company, you think you should call too

I think they "buy" some rooms so you shoul book as early as possible to get the best rate.

We have used them twice in the past and have a current reservation for December at the Red Roof near Universal through them. We have had not problems at all.
The only problem I have had was a technical one with the web site(it wouldn't let me book two rooms at once, I called the "800" number and they said just to book each seperately and in the comments section to ask to link the two res. #'s) There has never been a problem when checking in to the hotels.
