Help! Has anyone stayed or seen this place? Looks like your standard budget motel--which is what we are looking for, but I can't find any user reviews on it.
Thanks

Bumping up

Used to be the Wellesley

hi
we stayed at it last year when it was the wellesley it was a basic to moderate hotel with a extended continental breakfast. we really enjoyed it and were going to stay again this year but like you could find no new reviews.
but i really don't think it has been under new management for long. have to say i would be interested in any feedback too

We are staying here one night this w/e before checking into Summer Bay. I can let you know when I get back if you'd like.

We're back! "Basic budget motel" pretty much sums it up. We stayed here Sat 12/10. The place was empty-maybe 5 cars in the lot. The desk clerk was very nice and allowed us to choose which of the 3 buildings we'd like to be in. I asked which was the quietest, and he said, "This one," so I took that one. (The building furthest from the road, by the pool.) The bar is in the front one, by the road. The breakfast is in the one we stayed in, as is the front desk. Breakfast was very basic: bread, bagels, 2 kinds of cereal, apples, milk, oj, coffee, donuts. That was all we needed that day.
I will say that the place was VERY clean. The fixtures are worn and the beds are not super. (It did have excellent water pressure, which is a big deal to me.) When I checked out, I felt badly for the gentleman behind me who thought he was getting a deal at $82 with his AARP card; we paid $33 thru Hotel Kingdom! It was hard to be upset with much at that price. HTH!

Hoping to get any other reviews under the new management. I'm considering staying here in Sept - like info on the pool, breakfast and whether or not all rooms have frig?

Can't beat the price!
TIA!
