This clarification is helpful -- thank you. I think someone posted something else, too, about the vehicle showing up not being the one described on the app (the driver said something about his/her car being in the shop) -- which meant that the expected car would have been fine for the car seat, but the car that actually showed up (older, beat up, etc.) could not fit the car seat and all passengers. It just helps for posters here to know what to expect, especially since we get people who've never used ride share services before.
