Hotel for night before our cruise

We are cruising out of Tampa on RCCL. My daughter, her friend and I are flying into St. Pete airport the day before but my husband is flying into Tampa airport the day before (he's a teacher and can't leave school early to make the Allegiant/cheaper flight so we are paying for one more expensive flight for him). We are looking for a hotel for that night that has a shuttle from both airports, or at least one, and then a shuttle to the cruise ship the next morning. Any suggestions?
