Hotel Discounts

I am totally new to Disneyland and just trying to figure everything out. I know the HOJO has entertainment rates (of course not for my dates, but I did do a reservation there, just in case they add them!)...what about other hotels? Are there discounts available anywhere else or is it just the rates I see on the internet? I am mostly thinking of BWPPI or Park Vue Inn since they are so close, but would be interested in any discounts at any hotel within walking distance.


Also...if the rates were to drop at a Disney property we would maybe do that - does that ever happen? Thanks.

If you go through mousesavers they have a code for HOJO that is 15% off the room rate. I guess the DIS has the same deal, but I don't know the code for it.

Past that I can only think of the normal AAA, AARP, military discounts that all hotels seem to give out.

I think if you call the hotel directly you can get the Disboard rate by just asking for it. It's 15% off.

I don't know how far out the discount goes but disneyland hotels are doing a 3 for 5 deal.

We've had good service at Desert Inn which is just past Park Vue. They're showing about 96 a night during your dates.

Watch for hotel discounts on Orbitz - sometimes they have 50% off. I got the Anabella King/Double room for $65 a night. It is a little further to walk but works out for us since DH is attending a convention.

I know some people have gotten great rates at the non-Disney hotels through the Entertainment Book. And you don't need the OC book, you get nationwide hotel discounts in every area's book
