Hotel check in

Off to DLP in two weeks, we arrive in park about 10 ish i know it sounds obvious but do we just check in and leave our bags and go off to parks. Then take our bags when we get back in the evenings.

Also if park lands close at 7pm does that include resturants?

Cant wait so excited, as is my little 4 year old boy, husband not so sure!!!

Hi and welcome to DIS.

assuming you are staying at one of the Dis hotels you can check in whatever time you arrive, (we checked in as early as 8.00am at Easter so could take advantage of EMH on our first day) collect your tickets etc and then head for the parks. There is a luggage store where you can leave your bags. You can then return to the hotel after 3.00 and collect your room key and get your room. Occasionally you do find your room is ready so you can get the key and get into your room as soon as you arrive.

If the park closes at 7 you will find most restaurants in the parks will have stopped serving by then but the restaurants in the Village and of course the hotels are still open
