hotel beds??

Hi,
I'm traveling with my parents and my Mom is really arthritic. She was wondering if the resorts have any "extra cushioning" that they can provide to make the beds more comfortable. I think she is talking about a layer of memory foam or anything like that. We are staying at the Poly. Has anyone heard of them providing anything like that?? I'm doubting it, but figure you guys would know.

Yes, you should be able to get that from Housekeeping. It looks like egg crates and I think that's how they refer to it - egg crate foam for the bed. We got that for the sofa bed at SSR last year.
