I would think someplace like Main Street Bakery you could - I know that any CS place that serves hot tea usually gives you water and a teabag, not pre-prepared tea. I've bought hot tea at the Patisserie in Epcot, and it was served that way as well. So as long as they have hot tea on the menu, I would at least ask about just the hot water.
When I was at AK, the tea place would not give someone plain hot water. They said it was a safety issue. He argued that they give people hot tea. They would not budge and kept saying that they were not allowed to do it. ???? Just heads up.
If you get tea at the cart in AK, be careful not to let it steep too long. Fish the tea bag out of the water before it becomes bitter. DH had some that was wayyyyyyy to gross to drink. (Don't know why I'm telling you this, 'cause if you are bringing your own tea, you are probably a tea snob like me )
Definitely! And never order room service's hot tea because they send the hot water up in the coffee pots and your water tastes like coffee. It's awful!!
