Hot Takes on Tables in Wonderland

If you aren't a passholder, $875 worth of food is the "break even" price at $175 for the card. Since AP holders usually get 10% off food anyways, you would have to spend $1500 to break even on the $150 purchase, getting an extra 10% off. This doesn't apply if you drink alcohol or always valet park. IMO it's only valuable for the wealthy at that price. I personally only spend $1200 a year at WDW for my families annual passes and occasionally eat at Sanaa and our household income is above the national median. There are so many cheaper options in Orlando that have equal quality that I literally almost never give Disney another DIME other than the annual pass price.
