The Fountainview Cafe (Bakery?) recently changed from a coffee house to an ice cream shop.

Might try there.

As you enter the park heading toward the pin trading area & Fountain of Nations it will be on your right (Electric Umbrella will be on the left).

I'm glad to hear about the Fountainview Cafe. IMO, EPCOT needed an ice cream shop.
