Last year they had vendor cards in Fantasy Land in the evenings selling hot chocolate in travel mugs. They were $5 and you got to keep the mug. Does anyone know if they are still doing that? If so what is the price and are they still in travel mugs?

That cart is now replaced by a lemonade cart that ALSO has hot chocolate. Most likely will have mugs too but im not too sure. If you want the mugs, i know they have them by the photopass center as well as the Cappo cart on main street. I suggust going to the Cappo cart as the vendors there usually control the ammount of chocolate that goes in. so it will never go bad! :P

DCA Cappo cart is by Golden Dreams, they also have hot chocolate in mugs... :)

oooh good! I am not a coffee drinker, but love me some coco!

I didn't know they had mugs you could keep. I'll have to check it out next time I'm over there!

I saw the carts last night as we walked past - looked like cocoa and mugs to me, but I didn't check on prices.

They have the Holiday travel mugs with coffee or hot chocolate for $5.00. You can also buy the hot chocolate in a regular cup for $2.75.

If you put a small candy cane (they give them away in Santa's Reindeer Round up area) in the hot chocolate, you can have peppermint hot chocolate.

This is exactly the information I was looking for, thanks Tink33!

until it breaks. :P

I love my mugs! I have 2 from DLR and use them all the time! Does anyone have a pic of the holiday one? Wondering if it's the same one I have already.

If you buy hot chocolate in a travel mug...do you get free refills with it or anything at the park?

The mugs are not the same blue ones as last year. They are much cuter! At the Blue Ribbon Bakery, they were selling them for I believe $5.49, and they were filled with coffee or hot chocolate. If you wanted egg nog, carmel appple cider (which was delicious!!!) or a specialty coffee drink, there was an added charge.

We got ours in DCA at the Golden Dreams cart but I also saw them in New Orleans Square by the River side cart between French Market and Haunted Mansion, on Main St. near the hub and other places.
I would think most of the places that have coffee and cocoa would sell these.
Got ours for 5.00ea.

wow ty so much..wow yes well three of them are getting got by us my son saw it and wants it now

To clarify: this is only one mug but I had to get 3 shots of it to get all the characters.

The vendor between the castle and the entrance to Frontier Land makes a superb peppermint hot chocolate/peppermint mocha at no extra charge. We had requested two luke warm hot chocolates for the kids and two mocha's for the adults and they recommended adding the peppermint. I thought that sounded pretty good and told them, "Sure, why not! How much is it?" They replied that it was no charge, that is was fun for them to make. Just one of those little special DL moments.
