Got this recipe over the holidays. Just tried it this afternoon. The family loved it, and we ate way too much. It's so easy that I'll have to make it again! Thought some of you might want to give it a try.
Hot Caramel Dip
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk (used reduced fat & it was fine)
apple slices
Combine all but the apples in saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil, then pour into a small crockpot. Serve with apple wedges for dipping.
