I'm with others who said they would only do 1 kind of meatballs. In my circle we aren't big meatball fans.I'd do the little sausages from Hillshire Farms in one, covered with just plain old BBQ sauce (I know people do them with jelly but I prefer plain old BBQ sauce lol), do the meatballs in another and I'd probably do the buffalo chicken dip in the last one. That stuff is so good.....lol
Jelly?! WHAT?
If you are thinking you might do meatballs, might I suggest BBQ meatballs? I find they are just so much more versatile than marinara-based meatballs.
A great dip I know of is called Cheeseburger Dip....it is a little like the traditional Velveeta/Rotel, but with a different spin on it. Instead of sausage, we use beef. It also uses Velveeta, but no Rotel. Instead, there is Ketchup, lots of onions, and a little mustard.
Yum!
