Great pictures kabuki! Thanks so much for taking the time to do this for us. I'm drooling at some of the food and wine selections that evening.

Looks like the lack of pamphlets didn't stop anyone from really enjoying the evening of food and wine!

The duck popper looks so intriguing - good flavors?

Hey redzinner (Love the name by the way .. my husband and I are part of ZAP so Wahoo!) The food this week was amazing and even better the next week. I agree that the pamphlets didn't matter after the doors open, it's just hard to post without a refrence guide to look at!
Great Flavors on the DUCK! A little sweet plus the duck and it did have BACON!

Hey Brad! YES! I have to say the food and WINE was great! I really wish I was going this week also!

Don't really remember this one that much which means I didn't care for it .. normally I can recall every lamb or goat cheese item!
I thought the lamb chop at the Australia booth was way better!

I am so excited for you and your 1st one! It's amazing and YES the food, wine and chefs are different at everyone so you don't know what you will be getting but I have always had GREAT stuff. The wine that is at the festival centers doing the seminars are some that are usually at that weeks PFTS. I looked at my book and it seems like you might have Kenwood and Mondovi plus some great wines from New Zealand!

Yes, each Party is different from the others. The Chefs, wineries and menus are different for every Party.

Those were Cheese and a French wine table!

More Cheese! They had less cheese but what they had was great! It was the same both weeks!

Here is the "famous" chef of the night. I have to say before I went in I was like - who cares - I saw the show fine .. Rock was the nicest person, we talked with him on and off for a while and the food was really great!

More Wine
