Horseback riding at Ft. Wilderness??

Has anybody done riding at Ft. Wilderness lately? If so, how long are you allowed, cost, and are they guided trails?? Just looking for new things to do on our upcoming trip. Oh, do you need reservations to ride?

I've done it, but it's been about 5 years -- and it was a very mild ride. The horses just nosed into line and clomped along. You really didn't see much scenery either.
