If staying in Premium Hotel do you automatically get express pass for Horror Nights (after you purchase tickets of course)

Hotel Express just covers Express during the day. Since Horror Nights is a separate ticket event, hotel Express doesn't carry over. That includes the rides during Horror Nights.
