WOW that is a great price. The seller originally wanted $73/point but I feared that Disney would for sure say no. So we negotiated to $77/point but the seller pay the next year's maintenance fee.

Based on recent sales and those that have made it through ROFR at The Timeshare Store, Inc.® I would expect that Disney will waive on their Right of First Refusal.
