Never stayed at BCV, but we did stay at Yacht Club this past December. You will love the location---it is fantastic! Walk to Epcot, or take the boat to DHS. The bus ride to MK was about 10 minutes.

How awesome that you can use your points for this trip and still have enough to go on your other trips as planned! You are going to loooove Beach Club. I've never stayed there, but we explored it a bit a couple years ago and it's just beautiful!

You had so many great places to choose from. How nice it will be to walk out the back door of Epcot and be home! The girls will definitely love the pool.

Wherever you chose was going to be fabulous, because Disney World with those you love just can't be bad no matter what.

I was waiting for that. I wasn't going to be the one to suggest using your points for this trip, but it just makes sense. You paid for them...use them.

I'm glad that yall picked the Beach Club. The girls will have a blast with the pool, and the ability to walk to both Epcot and DGS is a bonus.

Oh, just a head's up for you. DVC members got their copy of DIsney Files mamgazine this week. In it, they explained that when the new reservation system is finished being updated this fall, we will be required to pay for our DDP prior to check-in like non-DVC guests rather than at check-in like we are doing now. You are able to add the DDP up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Yep, once we got our closing date and found out when the points would hit the system it became a no brainer. Beach Club seemed more summer whike Christmas will be at AKV. Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks I did some research and it takes 7-10 business days-sometimes much sooner for them to be in the system. That would put us early to mid April. So far the avalibility at BC looks good. We do have them banked so off we go! We are excited!
