Hoping the Rain Stays Away-We're Going Back in May-TR started

Yep, once we got our closing date and found out when the points would hit the system it became a no brainer. Beach Club seemed more summer whike Christmas will be at AKV. Thanks for the heads up!

No problem. VWL is awesome for CHristmas. If you can get it and you have the points for it, book it.

:cool1: How awesome that you can use your points for this trip and still have enough to go on your other trips as planned! You are going to loooove Beach Club. I've never stayed there, but we explored it a bit a couple years ago and it's just beautiful! :cloud9:

I know, thats why we bought a contract with banked points-I am greedy LOL. It looks like a fun and laid back place.

Congrats on the BCV :woohoo:. I don't blame you for changing either. I would have done the same thing.

congrats on the BCV!!!!!

It's my favorite resort for sure...if you have questions, let me know...let me just leave you with this:

Just some random pix of BCV.

So when you change your resort, you also change your ADR's. Well most people do I think. I had quite a few bkfst's in the monrail area so I needed to change some things around. Here is the new schedule.

Sat May 22 Arrival no ADR's

Sun May 23rd AK lunch Yak and Yeti, Grand Gathering Dinner

Mon May 24th MK Bkfst at CP-Cayley assures me that she will be ok if I hold her when Tigger comes out and she does not have to take a pic. Dinner at San Angel Inn-I know this has mixed reviews but the view looks great and we love Mexican-all kinds.

Tues May 25th DHS bkfst at Hollywood and Vine with the characters. I have also heard mixed things about this but I want to get in the park early. Dinner with Leanne at O'Hana

Wed May 26th Stay the same. Late bkfst after BBB at CRT and dinner at Teppan Edo.

Thurs May 27th Lunch at Coral Reef-we liked it last year and dinner at Yatchsman Steakhouse YUM

Fri May 28th Bkfst at Cape May lunch at Big River so Hubby can be "happy" for the Dis Meet and dinner at Whispering Canyon.

Sat May 29th Still trying to figure out bkfst and lunch but we are having dinner at Tut Italia

Sun May 3oth Need to plan bkfst and lunch

Since we are doing DxD I need some more places. Any suggestions? Kid friendly please-Cayley is not old enough for the kid's club unless some nice Dis'er would like to hang out with her :rotfl2::rolleyes1

well, in the area....

The breakfast menu at Captain's Grille looks really yummy to me! I've also heard Kouzzina's bfast is good.

Flying fish is a 2 credit but gets great reviews as well.

Way to go Mary!!!!!
How exciting! to be staying at BC! from the pictures your girls are going to love the pool and beach and the rooms as well as the entire resort looks awesome! :thumbsup2

sorry can't help with ADR's...but, sounds like the fun has not changed! so since you guys are so close to the "kitchen sink" will you be giving that a go?!?
I want to try and find a time for us to give it a try with the older boys...I think they will get a kick out of it...maybe the day we arrive so we can walk it off the rest of the week :rolleyes1:

:wave2: Connie

BTW: I agree if you paid for it! you should enjoy it! :mickeyjum

Your ADR's look good Mary. Did you scrap the 1900 PF idea? I've been thinking of Les Chefs and the Plaza....My mind is reeling from all the ideas I have. Disney is my crack. :lmao:

Thanks. Yes to the PF, I had it on tues-DHS day which would have worked if we were at the Poly but not at BC. Just read another great review on Le Chefs! It can keep ya up at night....

It does look really fun. Being in Az we don't have much :beach: I do hope to go to Beaches and Cream-no kitchen sink for us though. Maybe a yummy sundae.

Your ADRs sound great, Mary! :thumbsup2.....But none at the places we'll be....:sad2:

How about Boma or a character breakfast at Tusker House? All of my family enjoy 50s Prime Time over at DHS.

Have you eaten at Yachtsman before? It looks so delicious--I really regret that we didn't eat there during NYE, since we were staying at YC. Maybe another time. ;)

Throw in a dinner ADR at Epcot on Saturday the 22nd and come watch Illuminations. Go visit your new home and try Sanaa at Kidnai. It's fabulous. They do lunch and dinner.

Just a couple of suggestions since you are asking for them...They look great by the way!

Thanks, I wish we had some the same...I did have Boma but think I am going to save that for Dec. We will see the characters at Tusker House for the GG dinner. I am a little afraid of 50's Primetime, Avery is kind of a serious kid and may freak out if someone yells at her..We have not. I am very excited. We are not big Le Cellier fans (a sin on the DIs I know) so I am excited for steak.
