Do the hotel room bathrooms (sequoia lodge mainly) have sanitary bins? if not what do you do? Do you just flush? OR do you go and use the public loos in the hotel?

I haven't seen any sanitary towel bins in the hotel toilets but they are in the public toilets.

the bathrooms in the holiday inn rooms had ordinary pedal bins in them but i'm not sure about on site hotels

Sequoia Lodge Montana Rooms have a little hook next to the loo with small brown bags hanging on it for disposal of sanitary items. There is a bin in the wash basin area.

Without being too graphic ....external protection goes in bags, internal protection gets flushed.

I have been when i was just on my 3rd day of a miscarriage i took plenty of scented nappy sacks with me and double bagged them then put in a tesco bag and put with the rubbish. You will be ok in the public toilets as they have bins.

I don't remember there being a bin in the bathroom but obviously there is one in the room itself. I also used nappy sacks. If not, just bring a few carrier bags from here and use that to line the bin and tie them up before you leave the room in the morning?!

Yes, the hotels have paper bags for sanitary towels which you then just put in the bin.

I put them in little plastic sanitary bags which I buy from Wilkinsons or Asda (purple bags 69p a box) which I then put in the bin, just as I do at home.

Hi. Don't worry there are bags and bins in the bathrooms which are emptied every day with the maid.
