Ive been a member of sunhine rewards for years now--never had any issues but now

when I log in it just goes back to the log in page

I sent for the password reset but that never came through

I emailed them 3 days ago but never got an answer

I cant send a trouble ticket since I cant log in!!!

we were on vaction from 8-10 thru 8-20 and everything was working good before we left it all started since we got back

are they having problems with the site

any advice would be great

Can you log into the forum and ask for help there? My forum and site logins are different, so that should work. I haven't been having problems with the site.
