I just booked tiffany for our transportation--sure hope I did the right thing however--person on the phone was very short and just kept running down the list of questions
she didnt seem interested at all in what she was doing

she also gave me a confirmation number but should there be an email confirmation also-- I didnt think to ask cause Ive always getten confirmation emails

at least I could since I asked I was able to pay in cash--

People have posted for years that a woman who answers the phone for that company can be less than polite. I wouldn't be worried based on the conversation.

Can't remember if you get an email confirmation.
 
thanks for the reassuring reply with ME gone now this is the first time in a long time weve had to do our own transfers

and I did finally get the conformation email Im used to getting right away--
 
When's your trip? Call back the week before and just say "I never got a confirmation email, so I want to make sure we're on your schedule. I'm DznyPal and we're coming in on January 30. What time do you have us down for?"

ETA: OK, ignore this, but it's a good plan to have for someone who doesn't get a confirmation email.

now is the driver text us or do we text him to let us know were here
actually dumb question since how would we texted him

but just wondering anyone that used this service how do you find your driver

We’ve used Tiffany for years with excellent results. I ‘ve never noticed an impolite person on the phone. Sometimes a man answers. I usually call in the evening.

We use Tiffany every trip for years, as I answered on your other thread. I book online & get a confirmation email right away. The payment options are all listed as well. Typically I get a text the day before confirming our pickup & giving the drivers name. Right about the time we land, I get a text from the driver. They confirm if we have checked bags, tell us what number carousel our flights bags are on & tell us where they will meet us. Almost every time it is at the luggage carousel or the bottom of the escalator. Very rarely it will be outside the baggage claim area & that is only when the area they park in has been closed due to thunderstorms. We used them for years, including 5 trips in 2021 & 3 trips last year. We’re using them again next week. We’ve never had any issues what so ever.

Tiffany has a great reputation and has for years. I wouldn't worry about the phone.
 
I've used them twice recently. Both times have been good. It's so nice to walk off of the plane (we do carry ons), get in the car and go.
 
We are using them for airport pick up tomorrow morning. I got a text at noon with our drivers name & the office number to call for any questions.
