Remember those old surveys that said that a woman over a certain age had a higher chance of being killed by terrorists (and this was pre 9/11) than getting married.
I had a mini-reunion with several friends this past week and here's a recap:

Age 64, divorced 25+ years, engaged getting married in October
Age 61, widowed 15 years, engaged
Age 56, married in March after being divorced for 30 years
Age 62, married in July - FIRST marriage
Age 62, married in May after being divorced for 27 years
Me - age 57, single, wearing a button to RNC convention saying "Single, looking for Mr. Right".
