Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue vs. HS Frozen

Every year we do 1 special big event on our WDW trip. This year we have been considering the HS Frozen event package. A few years ago we did the HDDR and loved it. I am looking for some insight on the new Frozen package so we can decide between the two.

Personally, I would choose HDD and try the Frozen stuff piecemeal. To me with the way we tour, it seems too much to commit one day to the Frozen event and you pay for guarantee good seats for a few events and some desserts. IMO, I would spend that money on HDD instead. That might not work for all depending on many factors.

Thanks for the replies and link. It seems that Frozen package is less favored. It seems that it's mostly "preferred" versus "exclusive". We will try and get as many Frozen events in while we are at HS, but we opted for HDDR as our special event this year.

I've heard that the Frozen Premium plan isn't worth it, The Dis Unplugged podcast crew said the same thing.
