Hoop Dee Doo for Single person

I'm going to be in Orlando for Star Wars Celebration in April. Don't want to burn myself from theme parks and it's crowded on Easter, so I want to do some things that are different. Have never been to Hoop Dee Doo Musical Review and am a single traveler. Will there be stunts or jokes I miss by not having someone else there? How is the food? I know it's communal seating, so I will be with other families. Food looks like I would enjoy it. What are the best areas for folks who may not want to participate?

Hoop Dee Doo is NOT communal seating. You will be seated at your own table as a solo diner. You certainly will not misunderstand or miss out on any of the jokes or antics

I've done it solo. Little old me at my own table for four. I didn't mind sitting alone, I've done it at many WDW restaurants. I did feel bad about the amount of food that went untouched and I assume got thrown out. NOT saying don't go, just mentioning my experience.

Category 3, upstairs on the rail looking down is a great place for a solo to eat, watch and laugh. Nice evening.

I think Hoop Dee Do would be a great place for a solo traveler. There's a ton of activity all around everyone, you can see and hear others having fun and the jokes are wide ranging. You don't have to have anyone else with you. And if my husband and I could take a 13 year old boy who absolutely did NOT want to be there and end up with that same 13 year old boy telling me I could NOT have the washboard because HE wanted to play it and having a huge smile on his face about ten minutes into the show, well, you need to be there.
