Hoop-dee-doo..do I pay when I book it?

Do I have to pay when I make reservations over the phone? If so what do I do if I plan to get the MYW+Dining package? Hope someone can help. thank you all in advance.

We booked 6 of us at $50 each, $300. Its on our credit card

I have the MYW Dining, they asked me if I had this, since I do have this, they took my CC info but nothing was charged up front. They verified the MYW DIning with your reservation info.

Just booked HDDMR this morning for August. The CM also asked me if we had Dining (Yes) and so he took a credit card to guarantee, but told me no charge would be put on it. He said to get our tickets go to our resort conciere lounge and they would take the credits off of the dining plan and give us tickets.
