Hoop-Dee-Doo AP discount?

Hello,
My wife and I both have active AP's on our MDE account. I made a reservation for the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (first time for both of us) and it didn't give us a 10% discount. Is that a placeholder charge on my CC and we pay when we arrive? Or did I not get my discount? Thanks for any guidance and help!

HDDR is pre-paid so your credit card will be charged in full upon booking. Once there, you can go to the Pioneer Hall box office window and receive a 10% AP refund. We just did this a few months ago.

Yes, that’s normal, but there are other options:

1) Online (the system doesn’t recognize any discounts, so it will need to be refunded in person)

2) Phone (discount can be applied by CM)

3) Show up in person and ask if there are extra seats (discount can be applied by CM)

Imo, it’s better to capture the reservation right away online and ask for the discount later in person. HDDR is hard to get and I wouldn’t want to risk losing it by waiting several minutes on the phone.

I'm looking to book for a party of 7. I understand the AP discount is for the passholder + 3 guests, but what if 4 of us are passholders, 4 passholders + 3 guests, will I receive the discount for all 7 people?

I would take another Passholder with you to the window. That should cover group eligibility.
