Can you find out before hand where your assigned table is? What are good places to sit? I have heard the balconey is good and others say you want to be on the floor.

Can you order alcoholic drinks there other than the ones that come with the meal?

Can help a little here--I believe tables are pre-assigned in order that the reservation was received.
Been seated both up and down stairs, and prefer down.
And I don't believe you can order anything other than what comes with the meal. BUt I can certainly understand wanting to do just that!!! I usually arrive a bit early and get a beer at the bar next door, then sit out on the rocking chairs until show time.
