What is the best way to get to this venue if you are staying offsite? Is there a bus from Disney Springs to the Campground ? Do we drive to the campground, park, then bus to Pioneer Hall? Park at MK then take the boat? We have a large party(14) and I'm trying to make this as easy as possible. Not everyone is a Disney regular...So all transportation options will be an experience for most. Plus I will need to figure the time estimate... We have reservations for the 6:15 (Second) show. Any help, tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you're arriving from your off-site hotel, I would drive to the campground. You will park at the front of the campground called the outpost. From there you will take the internal campground bus to the settlement area where hoop is.

If you're going to be at MK before and/or after dinner, you can just take the boat back and forth from the MK.

Is it easy to figure out which stop to get off on the internal campsite bus? I assume we could just ask the driver.. If we let them know we are going to Pioneer hall for Hoop De Doo.

If you park and walk to the big bus stop by the main parking lot, that is where external busses run (to the Parks, etc.) as well as internal bus lines (through Fort Wilderness).

There are three bus lines through the Fort (Orange, Yellow, Purple) and all run between two endpoints: the bus stop up by the checkin building and parking lot (The Outpost bus depot) and the end of the line down by HDDR and the boat dock/beach/Trails End (The Settlement bus depot). Since HDDR is past the Settlement bus depot, you can get on ANY of the three internal lines and ride it down to the circle/turnaround bus stop at the Settlement - it's the end of the line.

Your bus driver can help you but get on the first internal bus lined up (Orange, Yellow, Purple) and ride it to the furthest stop. Get off the bus and walk toward the lake and HDDR will be on the left.

It's a great show. Enjoy!

In my experience, the bus driver asks us when we get on the bus where we want to get off at. They don't stop at every stop on the route they travel unless someone wants off or if people are waiting there. That was our experience with the bus in the campground anyway.

does one of routes I think yellow still go to Wilderness Lodge after stop at Settlement? that would be the one thing I would check on way back to cars

I strongly recommend you do not get on a bus from Disney Springs. Tried that once to get to a resort for dining. It seemed like the bus made about 10 stops and it took a ridiculous amount of time (I think about 1 hour, but I really can't say for certain). We were very late for our ressie, but when I explained that I was stuck on one of their buses, the CM nodded that she understood and we were seated.
