Hoop de doo ADR/ Free dining

I already have an ADR for 4 to the hoop de doo. I prepaid on my charge card. Now that I get free dining, can I get the charge released and the free dining credits applied?

Yes! I just did that very same thing with no problems!

If I'm not mistaken, they will still keep you credit card info on file as you will be charged $10/person if you are a no-show or if you fair to cancel at least 24hrs before your show.

(We're booked using dining credits - not free ones mind you - and that was how it worked for us. It also worked this way when we went to the Spirit of Aloha Show on our Free Dining credits in 2006.)

Call and make the change. They will credit your card and apply only a CC Guarantee. You will have to be seated in CAT 2 or 3 with the dine plan, however.

Thanks for the advice. I was able to get the payment refunded to my credit card. It helped making the request knowing the refund was possible. Looking forward to the hoop. Never seen the show or been to Fort Wilderness. Not sure we would have doen it without the dining package...

I don't know if this is the way to go or not but we figured to do the HDDR OOP and get Catagory 1 seating which isn't a bad deal for about $59.99 which includes tax and tip and includes all you can drink beer or wine and all you can eat plus a real great show, and then be able to do Capt'n Jacks and also Crystal Palace Breakfast for a last day getaway with the 2 TS not used for HDDR. Me and DW taked about it and have all the ADRs now and going to do this. Did HDDR twice and never seem sto get old.

You can, but just wanted to note. You need to cancel atleast 48 hours before or they will charge you the full amount. No more $10 fee here, or at the Luau, at least that's what I was told on Wenesday when I made the ADRs.

I did Cat 1 for the 9:30p show (the only way avalible on DDP or DxDDP)
