Honoring Veterans and Remembering low-key

Our friend and US Navy veteran, low-key, usually posted a Veterans Day thread. I would like to honor him and all veterans:

“As the sun rises on another Veterans Day to honor all our men and women in the military both past and present I wish to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service to our great country. Your time, commitment and honor are truly appreciated by me and my family on this special day. Have a blessed holiday.”

Thank you US and allied militaries for your service. My ancestors have fought in WW1, WW2, US Civil War (Union army), the War of 1812 and possibly the American Revolution. I have a deep respect for our troops (@low-key included).

My son has served in Afghanistan & Iraq and he's my hero and all the other veterans that served the country.

Low-key will always be remembered for the daily fun he provided all of us and for his service to the nation.

I, too, miss low-key. Nice to remember him today as a US Navy Veteran.

I love Veterans. I started out my career at the VA. My father was a WWII Veteran.

Happy Veteran’s Day, all. The honor is well deserved.

My son had his Remembrance Day service at school yesterday as today is a statutory holiday.

Says it was different as it was the first time he sang God Save the King rather than Queen.
And it was focused on the late Queen’s military service.
