honoring tickets bought by deceased?

I found a few older threads but couldn’t find anything recent.

My mom passed away, my family used to do Disney every year.

I found a lot of old park hoppers, still waiting to see if they have any days on them... but

My first question, if they are assigned to my mom, (who died before my son was born) can I assign them to my son?

Second question.... is there a way to do this without having to be at Disney?

We are in NH and planning a trip next year, but we want to get there before opening so we can hit some good stuff before the lines and I don’t want to waste time dealing with tickets first, I also don’t want to pay to park just to deal with the tickets the day before we go.

Any info would be great help.

You can take them to GR at Disney Springs if anything
You won't have to pay to park there.

1. Yes.
2. Try putting the ticket(s) numbers into your MDX account.
If that works, you can assign them to anyone.
3. If #2 above does not work, some time spent doing this at WDW may be unavoidable. Sorry.
4. Go to a Guest Relations outside one of WDW the water parks.
Parking is free, and crowds would likely be smaller than at a theme park or Disney Springs.

Call the IT Help Desk at 407-939-4357. They helped me find out how many days were left on passes and prioritized them for me.
