Honeymoons.. How many people took thiers in WDW?

Cool thread, this list should be LONG! We did, stayed at Dixie Landings for a week, late May 1998.

We did! Caribbean Beach Resort. We only stayed for 4 days and then went to Clearwater for 3 more days. I only wish I had known then what I know now about WDW. I discovered the DIS a little too late.

June of 1993 here! It was DH's first trip to the World.

We had a terrific 7 day honeymoon at WDW, stayed at the CBR back in 1992!! ......................P

we did. we got married there too. we stayed at the beach club for 2 1/2 weeks (we were at po-rs before the wedding). we got to stay in the vp suite at the beach club the night of our wedding for free.

DH and I did in Oct 1993. It was my first trip and I loved it! We have been back 5 times and hopefully will make it 6 next year. (I was hoping for this fall, but I will probably have to wait--oh well, I can save more $!!) I wish I would have known more about the weddings at Disney when we got married. It could have saved a lot of stress between DH and DM!!!

We took our first mini trip together to Orlando, got interested in timeshares while there, and ended up buying a timeshare resale (not DVC, sorry!). We made our first trip to stay at the resort for our honeymoon, and divided our time between resort parties and activities, and the WDW parks. We had a wonderful time and the weather was perfect: November 1997.

October 1984--just like Breezy_Carol.
We will be back there this October--20 years later--this time with 3 wonderful children and DW's sis and her husband (our regular vacation buddies).

we did!! we actually got married in a little chapel there in kissimmee and then spent a glorious honeymoon at WDW in sept 2002. we were on a tight budget, so we stayed at the ASMu...but it was still a wonderful honeymoon!!

In May 1997 we went to Sandals Halcyon (St. Lucia) for a week and then WDW for a week. Unfortunately, a combination of drinking the water in St. Lucia (I thought it was only Mexico that you don't drink the water ! ) and the spices that I wasn't used to, I got violently sick during the first week. I didn't want to go to WDW at all (can you imagine?), but we still went. I ended up having a pretty good time, and I saw each and every bathroom in every park. I'll bet not too many people can say they did that!!!

We went back for our 1 year anniversary, then 2 more times since that & we'll be back in October. We have created Disney addicts of our children!! (and we're darn proud)

We did! June 1992! It was hot and rainy, but great! We stayed offsite, our TA at the time said anything onsite was just outrageously expensive and we believed her (we could have at least stayed moderate!). We missed so much, it amazes me now! It was great though!

Honeymoon - September, 1986 - Buena Vista Palace

15th Anniversary - celebrated in October, 2001 - Beach Club

Several trips inbetween and one since!!!!

We did. We honeymooned there in Dec 1994. We had our 7th year anniversary there in Dec 2001, but he passed away 2 days right before our anniversary date. Yep, he died in WDW. Sad. Anyway...Anywho...

We did. July '95. It was my first trip. Now I just tell hubby this obsession is all his fault!

We did! We just got married in April and stayed at the BWI for our honeymoon! We bought AP's so now we really want to go back, but will have to wait until we have some extra money.

We really couldn't think of a better place to be though, we absoultely loved it!

We did our second honeymoon at WDW Beach Club in August 1994 for our 10 year anniversary. We also spent our 15 year Anniversary there, and are headed out this week to spend our 20 year Anniversary at the Boardwalk. Can't wait!!

We live about a mile from Disneyland in CA, and vacation almost every year at WDW - but we always make sure to spend the big Anniversaries there!
