I will be on my honeymoon over xmas and new year and wanted to arrange things with the parks so I could arrange surprises/cake/presents e.t.c. for h2b.

Who can I contact?

Also it will be his birthday when we are out there so wanted to arrange for a cake to be presented to him att he crystal palace by winnie or something and a present as well, is this possible? how can I go about arranging this please?

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage! My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon, and we had our first dinner at Crystal Palace. It was wonderful, you'll love it! I too wanted to arrange for a cake to be presented, and was told the only cakes they had were the plain ones, (not the cute wedding ones like at the Grand Floridian) and you can't have them personalised. They cost about $12.50, I think. I told them to go ahead and order it, but then when the time came for dessert, we were stuffed, and there were still all the delicious treats on the buffet to try! Our waitress suggested that we just forget about the big cake, (which serves 6 people, and would leave us with a lot of waste or leftovers to tote back to the hotel) and she brought us out a cupcake with a candle, as well as a certificate signed by all the characters. It was a great keepsake!
So, my recommendation is let them know it's your honeymoon, and you'll get a cupcake, and still be able to try that amazing red velvet cheesecake.
