My fiance and I will be honeymooning in WDW in June. We're so excited and I want to make it our best Disney trip ever! I'm wondering what some of the "must-do's" are for honeymooners?

My husband and I had our honeymoon at WDW and I can give you a few pointers that we loved:

. Spend one night at the Boardwalk. Depending on your budget you can either have some hot dogs and funnel cake or now they have Kat Kora's new restaurant. *It is called Kouzzina but it is a bit on the expensive side. Do make reservations if you wish to visit It is such a romantic walk from dusk till late at night, some saturdays they have dancing at the dance hall too.
. Go to Magic Kingdom and be sure to have your pic taken together by Disney Photopass as much as possible, then watch the Illuminations and have a blast.
. Take a tour in the boat coming back to your hotel from the Boardwalk.
.Stop by the world showcase and try all the new food you have never had before. Compare flavors and share the plates. It will sparkle wonderful conversations on the years to come.
. Be sure to tell people at your hotel that you are Honeymooning you might receive some surprises.
.Stop by the stores coming out of Magic Kingdom for a wonderful reminder of our honeymoon to put in your new home. *we bought a music box we still take out at christmas time and swoon.
.Visit Paris *at EPCOT World Showcase... and enjoy a little of the french flair without the long travel. Buy a few bottles of wine at the showcase and take them back to your room.
.If you are into spa treatments, there is the Senses Spa at the Saratoga or Grand Floridian.Leave them for the end of your trip when you will enjoy that foot massage and might actually need it.
. Lastly enjoy your honeymoon your way. If you like childlike experiences, don't let the fact that you are "honeymooning" allow you to enjoy everything together.

We are thinking about eating at Victoria and Alberts. We also have a dessert party booked.

If you're interested in tours, there are so many fun ones to do :)

I'm honeymooning in June too!

Thanks for all the great suggestions! We definitely want to check out the boardwalk and get the Photopass package as well as plenty of souvenirs! I love the idea of sampling the foods at EPCOT together and getting some wine in France! I can't wait!!

What's a dessert party?! It sounds fantastic!! I was thinking of booking one of the Animal Kingdom tours if we have the time. I hope your honeymoon is amazing! :)

We LOVE Victoria & Alberts! It should be a MUST DO for all honeymooners! Definitely the most romantic dining experience Disney has to offer!

We just went last month for our anniversary and try to do something different each time. We just did the AquaTour at Epcot (where you get to snorkel in the Epcot tank), and it was AMAZING! We loved waving to everyone from inside the tank!

That's what I'm getting df for his wedding present! He's been wanting to do the aquatour!

Wear just married buttons, and or bride and groom ears everywhere! We received tons of extra magic just for having them on!

I'm debating on whether to order the bride and groom ears ahead of time, or wait until we get there to buy them. I really hope they have the pins at the hotel when we check in... otherwise I won't know where to get them!

If they don't give you the pins at check-in ask for them they should have some 'Happily Ever After' ones there. If they don't you can get the. At Guest Services in any of the parks - most of the stores should have them too. HTH

The just married pins will be hard to find. They've discontinued them now and replaced them with "happily ever after" pins. If you are set on them, you may want to try to find them in advance :) Sometimes brides are lucky and can find them in Disney though, but it isn't easy. You are going to have such a great time!! :goodvibes

They have them at the hotels or any guest services. Even some of the shops have some! DH lost his and when we were checking out one of the CM gave him a new one.

My boyfriend and I planned a trip with my kids in August for WDW, but since we are now engaged  this trip will turn into a honeymoon! I am planning one night out with just us two. V and A sounds lovely. I need to check out the prices.

I just saw on Ebay the 'just married' wdw pins for $100!:scared1: Crazy!

$100 is crazy for the pins!! If they don't have them at the hotel I'm going to ask everywhere until I find them! LOL! I don't mind the HEA pins, but I'd really like the Just Married ones... it feels more special.
