Honeymoon In Disney!

We are staying at Wilderness Lodge..any advice for our honeymoon!

There are a ton of us on here who are just Disneymooning, following a wedding at home. Fi & I are in the process of booking a honeymoon photo shoot through Disney Photography, and we've already made all of our dining reservations for the days we're at WDW. And we're planning to get the Bride & Groom ears to wear around the parks, with our "Just Married" buttons that we'll retrieve from Guest Relations on the day we arrive - we've heard stories of *some* honeymooners getting special stuff b/c of the ears and/or buttons.

My husband and I did the land and sea package. We spent 4 days at DW and 3 on a the Disney Wonder, It was really awesome. We stayed at the Caribbean Beach resort. you'll have a wonderful time!

I love the Lodge! Considering getting a horse and carriage ride for something extra special and romantic.

Ooh what a wonderful place to stay for your honeymoon!

-You should make a dinner reservation for Artist's Point-it's supposed to be very good.

-WL is supposed to have an amazing hot tub!

-Take their boat to the Magic Kingdom-it's a beautiful ride!

I don't mean to hijack the thread, but we are headed to WDW for our honeymoon as well, and I'd love to hear more about this honeymoon photoshoot. How does it work, exactly? Is it quite pricey?

I love the WL...so big, yet so many places to go and be "alone".

Kelly you are going to have SO much fun, I'm seriously jealous. We went on our Disneymoon in December and stayed at the WL, and LOVED it. Yay for WL

we stayed there for our wedding and honeymoon...here's my advice...stay on the first floor with a pool view, because it's fun to feed the ducks!!

We tried to coerce them into coming into our room but it was not so much happening.

Congratulations! We are going on our honeymoon in August but will be staying at the Polynesian. We love the WL and have stayed there for the past three years! Are you doing one of the dining plans?
