Do you eat honey with your fried chicken? And I don't mean those nasty nugget things.

Nope, can't say that I've ever heard of doing that before. :confused3

Never tried it, never will. :)

Nope, never heard of honey and chicken together! Is that a regional thing??

There are some restaurants here in Hawaii that has it, and it's called honey stung chicken or honey dipped chicken.

Have any of you that voted no ever eaten the Fried Chicken at The Hoop-Dee-Doo Show, they use honey in the recipe. :earsboy:

Wow...talk about a flashback to childhood! When I was little there was a KFC type restaurant called Golden Skillet. Little ketchup sized packets of
honey came with every order. It was great! But I have not put honey on fried chicken since then. I'm kind of missing it now though ;)

I don't know;just know that it is a good thing :flower:

I like a little bit of fried chicken with my ketchup!!! :p I have never tried honey.

The only honey I have with my fried chicken is "honey, would you pass some more mashed potatoes" :rotfl:

Way back when I was a small child, there used to be a chain restaurant called "The Red Barn" in Maryland that was a fried chicken joint. They always served little packs of honey with their fried chicken and french fries. I used to use it then. I have never, ever seen it served since then.

I don't, but the concept is not foreign to me. I like honey on the biscuit that I eat with fried chicken. :earsboy:

I don't. In fact, I rarely eat fried chicken. But there's a chain called Grandy's in Texas that has honey with their fried chicken and biscuits, and I do eat it when I eat there.

I've always eaten fingers with honey! Although most restaurants don't carry honey and they all think I'm nuts when I ask for it. ;)

I rarely eat fried chicken but if I had to I would definately eat it with honey.

I always use honey of chicken fingers and sometimes the chicken I grill/bake at home. I actually don't really like chicken but it's handy, easy to make, and better for you than red meat that we do eat it. I guess for me the honey makes edible. Either that or I drown it in gravy or some other sauce.

We eat chicken nuggets or chicken fingers with plum sauce. I think it is a Canadian thing since restaurants only seem to have barbecue sauce or honey for dipping in the US.
