Ok sorry if i offend anyone here. Both my partner and i are female but neither of us is really feminine enough to feel comfortable in a dress or skirt. Most of the time the two of us wear mens clothes (i am 6'3" so womens things aren't long enough for me, and my partner is not quite pooh sized, but just really solidly built and is built more like a man (straight up and down instead of in and out like most girls
)
What i am wondering is if we wore nice black pants with dress shirts, or my partner wanted to wear hers with a tie (she loves ties especially her pooh bear one!) if we would be considered as appropriately dressed for dinner at the formal dining night on the DCL cruises?.
This situation is a whille away for us cause we won't cruise for at least 2 yrs prob. (we live in Australia so it's a huge distance to fly on top of the cost) but i was just curious, as when we come to florida to go on a cruise we will want to go a week long i'm sure (do as much as we can cause of the cost of the airfares y'know.
Sorry if i offended anyone don't mean to but these are the questions that just burn in my head that need to be answered

Wear what you're comfortable in.

and will be wearing a formal dress, she is definitely not a dress kinda girl. So we're trying to figure out what to do for formal night. She was thinking about wearing a nice pants suit. (probably no tie, but nice pants, a dressy shirt, and maybe a jacket.) This thread puts my mind at ease a bit knowing that she can be comfortable and won't offend anyone.
that we weren't paying enough attention to notice.
I added this link on the other thread for you earlier today, but you may have missed it. Here's info on
