I'm so ready for summer, and so tired of homework.
I have to study for a spanish test, presentation, and I have to finish memorizing 15 lines for english. And the DIS is distracting me.

Homework sometimes makes my brain go "poof". It just depends on what I'm working on, but once in a while, I just get sooo frustrated.

I do homework unless it's like... a project, or an everyday expected thing (like a reading log, which I make up).
I only do stuff when it counts. If it's just for me to sit for hours doing math work, then I'm not bothered. I am not all that concerned about whether or not I can calculate the area of cylinder.

Actually I would rather do the math, it's easier. i am supposed to be reading don quijote but i just skimmed it and wrote little summaries

To me, reading is simple and I enjoy it.
Math however, most of the time just seems useless. Yes, I know it's not all useless, but I have been taught some stuff I will probably never seen again in life.

Hopefully it won't be too bad with math. I am planning on majoring in engineering in college.

you will use math everywhere in your life, whether you realize it or not, you use it. I really like math, sorry I am kind of defending it, i want to major in math in college, and it all just seems so logical and i am a very logical person I hate things that don't make sense and aren't logical. I question everything.

I know that.
I've been told that forever.
However, there is a lot of crap we learn in school that my teachers even admit, they've never had to use it. My parents, if I need help, they can't help me, they've either forgotten it from never using it, or were never taught it, and never needed it.

The one class that frustrates me is my dual credit Government/Economics class. I get college credits for it, so our teacher makes it into a college level class. We had a test today that consisted of 3 essays and 30 out of about 50 vocabulary words.

I just can't study for his tests. It's impossible. I hate economics anyways.

In my college, we dont get much homework. We get a single brief for a project (I took art and design btw) and we have til a certain date to do it. We dont get told what to do. Its down to us. If you dont do the work you fail. LOL
