I just picked up the August issue of Hometown Cooking magazine and they have an article on Disney Desserts. Let's see, it has:

Lemon Cream Custard from Poly Kona Cafe
Lemon Panna Cotta from Tony's Town Square at MK
Chocolate Soda from Plaza Pavilion in Tomorrowland
Walt's Apple Oatmeal Crumble from Jiko at AK Lodge (boy, does this look yummy!)
