I agree. Most people will see that your kids aren't being scarred or stunted for life and they'll come around. You can do a bit of research and find many, many examples of successful homeschooled people. Including almost everybody who lived before the invention of public schools in the 1800s. So there is that.
. After all, "homeschooling" was the norm for thousands of years. It's not some newfangled fad Oprah invented or anything. I have never had a single person bat an eye when I mentioned my kids are homeschooled. And I imagine you'll experience something similar--certainly once you have a year or two under your belt and gain some confidence. Best of luck!
