Homes near Disney

Anyone here building near Disney for retirement/2nd home? Any communities nearby that you recommend looking into?

There is a VERY upscale, expensive community--- Turtle Creek (I think) While in WDW last year my CM friend invited us to dinner at his wealthy firend's vacation home there---very close to WDW (my CM friend said that it is technically on WDW property---don't know if that's true). WOW!! 5000 sq. ft., about 3 living rooms/great rooms, a movie room upstairs with photos of our host and celebrities/musicians everywhere, a bathroom with a shower the size of my bedroom! Our host said it was a bit small for him --I'd take it off his hands in a heart beat!Swimming pool, Lemoge objects everywhere. Even the man who is currently in charge of DTD was there.

So if you have an ungodly amount of bucks and want to live near WDW, I'd recommend Turtle Creek!
