Homemade Cling Question

I am intrigued by the idea of decorating my first room window. I have a friend who makes clings on professional equipment and am considering getting a price from them for making some for me.

I see that a lot of you make your own, and I am up for that idea also. I think the clings that I make, I would like to use over and over on future trips. I enjoy planning and creating, but don't want anything only good for one use. Too frugal in that way I guess

I notice one person posted that she didn't know if the cling she had printed would come off her window in one piece, so she was going to print another to take with. Several mentioned that their clings stayed up for numerous days of their trips. I would like to know if you feel these clings would hold up to being put on a window for several days, repacked, and resused. I think professional vinyl clings can do this, but I could be mistaken about that also.
