I am attempting to put together an autograph book for my 2 yo dd using character specific pages. So basically I have a page with a pic of Ariel (or whomever) for Ariel to sign.

For those of you who made your own...

...how did you decide which characters to incorporate?

...how did you put your book together?

:confused3

I have pages for the characters we routinely "run into" or for the characters i know that we are going to see at Character meals. Plus additional pages for each park just in case. I can make a list of the characters we have in you want me to PM you.

We took pre made cards for the characters to sign and now we are making the album.

For my 2 year old I tried not to put too many in because I feel like he will lose interest. Since he's a boy I put very few princesses and focused on Mickey and pals, Pooh and pals. Mainly tried to do characters I knew we would see at the character meals. Plus they do tend to get heavy so I didn't want to overload it. I think I have pics I can post...

Here it is:

Small one on right hand side is his autograph book. Large one is his journal. Made a special autograph book for him for MNSSHP.

Hope this helps

When I made a book for my 2005 trip i made a page for every single character I thought I'd see - some I didn't in the end! I printed on paper and stuck them into a hardback journal. If I were to do it again I'd print on 6x4 card stock and then put them in a photo album facing the photo that was taken with the character - I think you're more likely to look at them then!

I use creative memories 7x7 sentiments albums and do the basic layouts and leave space to add photos as well as a journaling mats in case I want to tell a story about the character signing experience. I am pretty good about having princess, generic, and fab 5 themed pages and take a few blank pages just in case.
