If we buy in at the min. 150 points at SSR and then want to add on later, say at BWV, can we still only book at 11 months for SSR?

No, you can book at 11 months for any resort where you have points. What you can't do is combine them 11 months ahead of time. So if you had 150 SSR points and 150 BWV points, you could only make a reservation at SSR worth up to 150 points, and the same for BWV. Even though you have an 11 month advantage, you only have it at that resort. But if you add a second resort, you have an equal 11 month advantage at the new resort as well.
