Has anyone used Home Depot curbside pickup? If so, how long did it take for them to process the order? I placed an order yesterday for some ant killer so it's not a big order but I never got the notification that it's ready and they're not answering their phone at my local store. I'm sure they are busy but I'm not exactly sure what is normal because it was placed around lunch time yesterday and they said it would be yesterday.

I've done a few orders with their local next day delivery and they were both on time but I've never done the pickup option yet.

Took us 24 hours to get notification our Water Softener Salt was ready. My DH called when he got there and they just never came out. He ended up having to go in after it.

My husband has done this a few times. The first time he ordered in the morning and they texted about 2 minutes before they closed that it was ready. The next two times were better.

My husband did an order yesterday and it was ready about an hour later. They put his order in the lockers so we just did that but when we went to the store they had several parking spots reserved for curbside and people were getting items put into their vehicles.

A couple weeks ago I did an order for JoAnn's and it took 2 days to get fulfilled. That store location was curbside only (no customers in the store).

I think it will just depend on the item, how busy they are at that time, etc. If they aren't able to get to the phone my guess is they are quite busy.

Home Depot has been usually the same day. They have reduced hours and close at 6:00 here but when we placed an order around 5:00, we got a confirmation that it was ready at 9:00 pm to be picked up the next day. They seem to be keeping up with the orders.

I did an order a few weeks ago the first day our stores were required to go to delivery or curbside pickup only and it took about 3 hours; when I went to actually pick it up (about 5 hours after ordering) the person said they were then running at 24-48 hours.

I had friends who did an order last week and they were five days.

They tried placing an order this week and their closest HD has stopped curbside pickup because they have a THREE WEEK backlog they are trying to clear.

I have heard from co-workers that Lowes is a much better option in our city, with their curbside actually being same day.

YMMV.

I waited 5 hours for lawn fertilizer. It really all depends on how many are placing orders. I don’t think there’s any way to know because of that. As long as all your contact info is accurate, it’s just a waiting game

It depends on how badly you need something I guess. Salt was $4 and some change at Home Depot and $6 and some change at Lowe’s. It we’re going to pay that kind of mark up might as well get it on the grocery run. (which is what we’ve decided we’ll do in the future)

We've ordered twice and both have been ready the next day. Our home depots are open (though limiting the number of people inside) so if we need something sooner we just go in.

We did our first curbside pickup at HD today - took less than an hour to get the text saying our order was ready.

There was some confusion at the pickup, though - there was a lady sitting under a canopy next to the designated parking spots who came to the car and read our info from the phone (through the closed car window), and then went inside to get the order. When she came out she only had about half of what we ordered. It was easy for us to see because the thing we were missing was some 8 ft. long trim pieces and she only had things in a bag, so we had to send her back in the store. So be sure to check your order.
