Home Depot coupon/discounts??

We have finally decided to remodel our dining room and entryway after 9 years. Heck, it took me 8 1/2 years to get a dining room set...lol.

We want to buy 2 different chandeliers (one for dining room and another for two story entryway) from Home Depot online. Online there is a box for a discount code or coupon. Does anyone have one that I could use? I can't believe these things cost this much!! TIA

The only one i know of is the 10% that lowes has. Homedepot will accept it but you can't use it online. Get the lowes coupon from your post office (in the moving packet) and go into the store and order the two lights from the store. Then they can enter the coupon. I can't remember ever seeing a HD coupon/code that wasn't related to plumbing, appliances or outdoor stuff...

Also since you're ordering online, Ebates offers a 3% rebate for Home Depot. It's not a lot, but it's something!

This isn't the question you asked, but I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. I had Home Depot do my countertops, and it was a nightmare. I practically had to beg them to let me place the order (in retrospect, that should've been a hint). Then getting an installation guy out to measure was another headache. It was weeks and weeks before he finally came out. In the long run, they realized that they'd promised to install a countertop that wouldn't work with my cabinets. Most of this was the installer (their contractor), but the store was worse than not helpful during the whole thing.

I have not set foot in the orange-box store since then, and I never will again -- not even if they're giving away free stuff.
