DS just left to go with his girl.friend to see a display of lights
DH is planning on watching the steeler game

the girls are playing in the basement right now
but will soon be pestering me, I amsure!

I've got tickets for DD and me for Martha on Tuesday. We won't be in the live show audience. We have tickets for the 2:00 taping which will be shown another day.
Last week, DD requested her day off be Tuesday and her request was granted. We've been there a number of times and find it enjoyable.

The lights display sounds really nice.
No real sports fans in this house (DS is a Yankees fan but doesn't follow games religiously).
DS is packing up some items he sold on e bay.
DD is almost finished with brownie batter.
DH is at the office, as usual.
As you know, I went shopping this morning, did some laundry and am now doing a load with DD's uniform,went to the library and will soon be preparing dinner.

Do you ever watch Martha's show? It's one of my favorites, though i'm almost never home for it now that it's on at 11.
DD just won an autographed copy of her new Cooking School book, from LHJ magazine.

All three kids have a six foot one in their rooms
which they decorate however they want

DD9 has colored lights and dolls, mostly
plus ornaments she made or just loves

DD12 has white lights
white beads
and the ornaments she likes

DS has colored lights
and boyish ornaments
(according to DD9)

I usually do a large tree of white and gold
with white lights

and in the basement a hallmark ornament
tree with colored lights and the train

I don't think I am doing the big tree since it is so late...
the kids want the basement tree up, though

well, now that my hair is mostly dry
I could go into the attic
and pull out more rubbermaid tubs
of decor
and get this house into shape
or mostlyinto shape


here is what will happen
I will go with plans to pull out tubs
notice that the dryer has stopped
put in a new load
fold a load
clean up the sink area from haircoloring
help DD do something
forget why I went upstairs
and come down with out the decoratiosn!
