Would anybody be surprised if the parents sue for the school not having the "unknown chemical" out of reach?

I don't think they should be able to sue the school just because their kid is dumb as a stump...but there really shouldn't have been any unlabelled chemicals laying around.

Any student that encouraged him to do something so stupid should be suspended or have some kind of social privileges taken away (dances, etc.).
